At the invitation of the Federal Ministry of Transportation, the Clean Energy Partnership (CEP) is presenting a technical recommendation from an industrial policy perspective as part of the industry association hearing on the Hydrogen Mobility Master Plan.
The focus is on the question of how political goals can be translated into reliable investments in vehicles, infrastructure, and supply chains, so that value creation and jobs in Germany can be secured and expanded.
The statement groups prioritized measures into three chapters: regulation, to establish clear and predictable framework conditions; financing and market design, to ensure economic viability during the ramp-up phase; and knowledge-building and cooperation, to systematically translate project experience into standards, guidelines, and coordinated implementation. In this way, the CEP demonstrates how the master plan can become a binding roadmap for the market ramp-up of hydrogen mobility.
