The CEP recommendation on SAT testing shows the possibility of accepting hydrogen refuelling stations for truck refuelling with test stands (HSTA – Hydrogen Station Test Apparatus), whose capacity was originally designed for passenger car refuelling stations, but which nevertheless meet the requirements of EN17127 and at the same time combines safety, technical precision and practicability. This recommendation is intended to provide transitional guidance until test infrastructures with greater capacities are developed and available.

Note: Recommendations may be adapted in the future to meet new standards and technologies for hydrogen refuelling stations.
