Basic contribution: €1,000
Contribution for participation in the cluster:

• Companies with up to 10 employees: €8,000 (+ basic contribution)
• Companies with up to 5,000 employees: €14,000 (+ basic contribution)
• Companies with over 5,000 employees: €29,000 (+ basic contribution)

The membership fees for CEP e.V. for all members – consisting of basic fees and fees for participation in the cluster – are valid for a period of twelve months from the start of membership (membership period) and are not refundable on a pro rata basis even if membership is terminated during the year. Failure to participate in the cluster does not release the member from the obligation to pay the applicable portion of the membership fee.

Membership of a specific contribution group must be proven in an appropriate form upon admission to the CEP, in the event of a change in the circumstances relevant to the classification, and at the request of the Executive Board.

If a company is affiliated with ‘affiliated companies’, the total number of employees of all affiliated companies is taken into account when calculating the membership fee. Affiliated companies are legally independent companies which, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), are majority-owned companies, majority-participated companies, dependent and controlling companies, group companies and mutually participating companies in relation to each other. Representatives of companies affiliated with the CEP member may participate in the activities of CEP e.V. upon acceptance of the rules of procedure and the Competition Compliance Code, without these companies having to apply for separate membership or pay additional membership fees.
